Over the course of his long career, Yasser Abd Elrahman has won numerous awards and honours, beginning with the Cairo International Film Festival award in 1990 for the soundtrack to El Embrador.  

1. Honorary Prize of the Jury of the Carthage Music Festival in Tunis (2017).  

2. Best soundtrack of the Egyptian National Film Festival, 18th round, for the film Saa W Nos, (2014).  

3. Best soundtrack of the Egyptian National Film Festival for the film Leilit El Baby Doll, (2009).  

4. Egyptian Cinema Oscar for the soundtrack of the film Hassan & Morkos, (2009).  

5. Honorary Award for Professional Achievements from the Canadian House of Commons at the festival organized by the Egyptian-Canadian Association in Montreal (2009).  

6. Best Soundtrack at the Alexandria Film Festival for the film Leilit el Baby Doll, (2008).  

7. Best Soundtrack of the Radio and Television Festival for the series El Leil wa Akhro, (2003).  

8. Best Soundtrack from the Egyptian Cinema Association for the film Ayam El Sadat, (2002). 

9. Cairo International Song Festival Honorary Prize, 4th round, (1998).  

10. Best soundtrack of the Egyptian National Film Festival, 12th round, for the film Ya Dounia Ya Gharami, (1996).  

11. Best Soundtrack of the Radio and Television Festival for the film Al Tariq Ala Eilat, (1995).  

12. Alexandria International Film Festival Honorary Prize for Best Soundtrack, 11th round, for the film Gabr El Khawater, (1995).  

13. Best soundtrack of the Festival of Annual Movie Organization, 20th round, for the film El Basha, (1994).  

14. Best Soundtrack at the Alexandria International Film Festival, 10th round, for the film Yom Har Geddan, (1994).  

15. Egyptian Cinema Prize at the Cairo International Film Festival for the film El Embrador, (1990). 

In 2009, Yasser was invited to participate in the Egyptian Festival in Montreal, Canada, where he received an award for his contribution to the promotion of Egyptian culture.
